HarmonyOS system itself has relatively high restrictions on products such as VPN, which may cause disconnection or inability to run applications smoothly. You can solve the problem through the following four settings.
1. Check the following settings to prevent Xiyou accelerator from being cleaned up by the system
1. Allow the application to run in the background: Enter Settings → Search and enter Application Startup Management → Turn off the Automatic Management switch of Xiyou accelerator → Check Allow background activities in the pop-up box
2. Prevent the application from being cleaned up by the battery optimizer: Enter Settings → Search and enter Battery Optimization → Do not allow → Select all applications → Find applications that cannot run in the background → Set to not allow
3. Turn off power saving mode: Enter Settings → Battery → Turn off the Power Saving Mode switch
4. Keep the device connected to the network: Enter Settings → Battery → More battery settings → Turn on the Always keep the network connected when sleeping switch.
5. Lock the apps running in the background: Open the app → Enter the multitasking interface → Pull down the selected card to lock → Then click the clean icon to clean other apps that are not frequently used
6. Set the relevant switches in the developer options: Enter Settings → Search and enter Developer Options → Find the Do not keep activities switch and turn it off → Select Standard limit in Background process limit
2. Clean up and accelerate, and close unnecessary background apps
Enter the mobile phone manager (tablet manager) → One-click optimization/immediate optimization. The mobile phone manager (tablet manager) will display the optimization results and setting suggestions. (Complete the corresponding settings according to the prompts)
Enter the mobile phone manager (tablet manager) → Clean up and accelerate → After the scan is completed, click Clean up immediately after the cleanup item → Delete redundant files according to the prompts and uninstall infrequently used apps. (It is recommended to reserve more than 20%)
Too many apps running in the background may cause insufficient running memory, causing apps to be forced to close in the background. You can clean up infrequently used apps to improve this situation.
3. Check whether third-party housekeeper software is installed
Grapefruit Accelerator may be cleaned up by third-party housekeeper software. It is recommended that you uninstall the third-party housekeeper software and try again.
